Think you could complete one of the biggest marathons in the world for Dougie Mac? We have charity places available for the 2026 London Marathon on 26th April.

Run and raise funds for Dougie Mac while you take in the unique landmarks of the capital. Every £1 raised helps Dougie Mac to continue to deliver excellent quality care to those affected by a life-limiting illness.

Fundraising Target: £2,200. Applications close Friday 18th July 2025.
